Emma started dancing at the age of 4 at a local dance school in her home town of Banbury. At the age of 13 she was accepted as a junior associate at the ‘Central School of Ballet’, Faringdon, London. She travelled to classes in London every Saturday until the age of 17 when she was awarded a place at the ‘Urdang Academy of Performing Arts’, Covent Garden, London.

Emma completed a 3 year performing and teaching course, graduating with teaching qualifications with ‘The Royal Academy of Dance’ (RAD) and ‘Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance’ (ISTD).

Since 1999, Emma has taught a various dance schools in London, teaching children that have been accepted into Royal Ballet School, Urdang Academy and Westend musicals: Les Miserable & Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

In 2009, Emma relocated Aspire Dance Academy to Heyford Park Free Schools Specialism Campus where a range of classes for all ages are available, aswell as Fritwell Primary School.
